Admission Procedure

Following the initial contact, usually through a telephone inquiry or the website, you may schedule a tour with our Administrative Manager.

Application form and all relevant documents must be submitted before an application will be processed.  An incomplete application may result in delayed consideration of the application.  A completed application must include the following:
 

  • A fully completed application form

  • 3 passport-size photos of the applicant

  • A copy of the applicant's Hong Kong identity card or passport

  • Copies of both parents' or guardians' Hong Kong identity cards or passports

  • Applicant's latest psychologist report or specialist assessment (must be within 6 months) - We offer in-house psychologist assessment on a separate charge if the applicant does not have an updated report

  • Applicant's school reports of the past 2 years (if applicable)
     

Applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis.  Our Programme Supervisor will evaluate each application.  An observation session may be required to complete the process.

A letter or an email regarding the application results will be sent within 2 weeks.  Accepted applicants will also receive the enrollment agreement and initial invoice setting out deposits equivalent to 1-month tuition fee, a non-refundable annual capital levy and first month tuition fee.  Accepted applicants will be given 1 week upon receipt of the acceptance letter to contact us to express interest and arrange payment for the initial invoice.  Failure to respond will result in losing the applicant's placement.

Any accepted applicant may arrange payment for the initial invoice to hold and secure a placement for the applicant, but if the first day of attendance of the applicant falls on a date that is 30 days or more from the date on which the initial invoice is paid, we reserve the right to require tuition fees be paid for the unattended months immediately at our sole discretion.
